Service

1. Visually inspect the area of the suspected coolant leak.

2. Classify suspected coolant leak as Category 1, Category 2, or Category 3, according to the Categorization of Leaks table included in the Audi

Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual.

If the leak falls into Category 1 or Category 2, proceed as instructed by the table. If the leak falls into Category 3, proceed to step 3.

3. After confirming that the leak is a category 3 leak, take a photograph of the leak (use leak talcum spray if necessary) and attach a printout of the

photograph to your warranty paperwork.

4. Replace the water pump (06H121026CF), seal ring (N 90365302), and the hose to the heater core (06H121065D).
