SUBJECT
Fluid Leak from Engine Mount
MODEL
R50 Cooper with W10 engine
R52 Cooper and Cooper S with W10 and W11 engines
R53 Cooper S with W11 engine
[NEW] All models produced from December 2003 up to July 2006
SITUATION
Customer complains that the vehicle has fluid leak from under vehicle.
CAUSE
Hydraulic fluid leaking from right side engine mount due to internal failure of the engine mount rubber component.
PROCEDURE
Replace engine mount with PN 22 11 4 046 186.
Refer to Repair Instruction RA 22 11 001 Replacing right engine mount.
