Who Ordered The 2019 TTRS?

Who ordered the 2019 TTRS? Yeah, I'm not a fan of the {red|crimson|pink|purple} marker {either|both}, {but|however} I {prefer|choose|desire|favor|want} it over none. You'd {think|assume|suppose} the blue design {package|bundle|package deal} would make the marker blue as {well|effectively|nicely|properly}. I'd say what {really|actually} {sold|bought|offered} me on the {car|automobile|automotive} was the Turbo blue! I've {driven|pushed} blue {cars|automobiles|vehicles} since 2006, and {think|assume|suppose} blue pairs with the German styling so {well|effectively|nicely|properly}. This {also|additionally} {surprised|shocked|stunned} me. A blue marker would have been cool, {but|however} Ill take {red|crimson|pink|purple} {I guess|I assume|I suppose} lol. Blue has {always|all the time|at all times} been my {favorite|favourite} {color|coloration|colour|shade} so the turbo blue plus blue {interior|inside} {sold|bought|offered} it for me. I ordered them, then {asked|requested} the {dealer|seller|supplier|vendor} to delete them it {the next|the following|the subsequent} day after doing a {bit of|little bit of} {internet|web} {research|analysis} about them. Apparently, we get a watered-down {version|model} of the ROW OLED tails, {lacking|missing} the "welcome animation", amber indicators, and a rear fog. 1200 premium was not {worth|price|value} it, and {the standard|the usual} tails are {pretty|fairly} {sweet|candy}, IMO.

Instead, I'll save my bucks to retrofit the matrix headlights (which I {definitely|positively|undoubtedly} WOULD have ordered, and paid {whatever|no matter} for) _ assuming the matrix lights are plug-and-play, or {close to|near} it. Interesting. Thats {kind of|form of|sort of|type of} a bummer. From what {I was|I used to be} {told|advised|informed|instructed}, this {may be|could also be} a US {thing|factor} or {completely|fully|utterly} fabricated by my {sales|gross sales} rep, the matrix headlight capabilities are {just a|only a} {software|software program} {update|replace}. Theyre {working on|engaged on} getting them {approved|accepted|accredited|authorised|authorized|permitted} {here|right here} from what he {said|mentioned|stated}. {1000|A thousand|One thousand} deposit, refundable up 'til {delivery|supply} day _ very {reasonable|affordable|cheap}, IMO. All {arranged|organized} over the {phone|cellphone|telephone}/by {email|e mail|e-mail|electronic mail}. To {contrast|distinction}, a {dealer|seller|supplier|vendor} that I visited in Dallas {while|whereas} there on {business|enterprise} {wanted|needed|wished} a 4% deposit, refundable up 'til the {build|construct} {process|course of} {started|began}. Yes, let's do it! Mexico blue is {super|tremendous} sexy as {well|effectively|nicely|properly}. 2,500 deposit, {but|however} its {fully|absolutely|totally} refundable. Yup, I {don't know|do not know} if it {is exactly|is precisely|is strictly} {the same|the identical} spoiler, {but the|however the} {competition|competitors} {package|bundle|package deal} on the TTS {includes|consists of|contains} {a fixed|a hard and fast|a set} wing spoiler. The TT is such a design icon - why mess with it? To me, the similarity to the TTS doesnt matter and it {just|simply} doesnt look {right|proper} {without|with out} the {fixed|fastened|mounted} wing. I {also|additionally} dont {like the|just like the} look of the electric spoiler. {To each|To every} {their own|their very own}, {though|although}. Glad {everybody|all people|everyone} is getting what {they want|they need}.

Audi Ordered To Recall 127,000 Cars For Faulty Diesel Emissions (Again)

Haven't we been down this road before?

The German media is reporting that Audi has been ordered to recall some 127,000 vehicles over – wait for it – “illicit emission-control software in its latest Euro 6 diesel models.” Automotive News Europe has learned from a report in Bild am Sonntag that the recall involves the Audi A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5 and Q7 So, the majority of its current lineup? Pretty much, yes. Haven't been down this road before? Also yes. Here’s what happened: Germany’s KBA motor transport authority somehow detected the software issue.

The affected vehicles’ engine management systems turn off emissions-reducing measures in real-world conditions. But when those vehicles are being tested, everything comes off as just fine. Any of this sound familiar? The KBA is now threatening to withdraw approval for the all-new A8 until this problem is fixed. What’s interesting is that these specific vehicles were part of a voluntary recall of 850,000 diesel vehicles with V6 and V8 TDI engines last summer. The KBA is now focused on vehicles with the V6 TDI. Thing is, VW Group diesel vehicles are still having emissions issues that require recalls.

Just last November, Audi announced a 5,000-vehicle recall in Europe for a software fix due to too much nitrogen oxide being admitted. This time around, the recall appears to only be in Europe (for now), with 77,600 vehicles in Germany alone.
