Affected Vehicles
Condition
^ MIL on.
^ DTCs P2440 and P2442 (Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve Stuck Open Bank 1 and 2) stored in ECM memory.
^ Both Secondary Air Combination Valves close if not activated.
Technical Background
New ECM Software via SVM code.

SVM Update Instructions
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the ECM (J623) using the SVM action code as listed in the table above if necessary.
