Affected Vehicles
Condition
One of the following conditions may occur without operation of the MMI control panel:
^ The navigation map continuously scrolls down.
^ The DVD menu continuously changes or cycles through all the selections.
Technical Background
The MMI controller falsely recognizes the MMI control panel joystick as being held down.
Production Solution

New calibration values for the MMI controller have been introduced.
Service
Replace the MMI control panel with joystick (E380).
