Porsche 911 Carrera 435s by a-workx

The 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS by a-workx is now the 435s and is quite a nice and light German sports car.

Tuning company a-workx has just released their latest aftermarket program, the Porsche 911 Carrera 435s. Based on the 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, the new project cuts weight from the sports car and adds some more power to the 3.8-liter flat-six engine. Performance has been enhanced through the addition of a lightweight Akrapovic Race titanium exhaust system and a revamp of the Porsche's ECU. Total engine output has been increased to 435hp.

Weight-loss has come in the form of the aforementioned exhaust, saving a solid 22lbs. 33lbs has been cut through the use of a KW Clubsport suspension system and a further 26.5lbs has been knocked-off by a MOV ‘IT brake kit. The Porsche sits on a set of ATS Superlight 19-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires, saving another 33lbs. A carbon fiber aerodynamic kit, featuring a front lip and intakes, side sills and rear bumper with an integrated diffuser all help keep the weight down. No pricing information has been released for a-workx latest project, the Porsche 911 Carrera 435s.
