Condition
The air conditioning does not blow cold air, and a refrigerant leak is found in the condenser in the area contacted by the plastic tab of the right air
intake.
Technical Background
The air conditioning condenser may become damaged from relative movement between the cooler module and left air intake.
Production Solution
Not Applicable.
Service
1. Cut off the plastic tab on the left air intake of the engine (Figure 1).
2. Drain and refill refrigerant.
3. Replace the air conditioning condenser according to the repair manual. Repair Manual >> Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning >> 87 Air
