The collar that surrounds the luggage net ball pin is cracked or broken.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
Excessive torque applied to the luggage net ball pin during installation in production.
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
Revised torque in production.
SERVICE
Replace the collars as necessary. Torque the ball pin to 2.5 Nm.
