Condition
The convenience close/open feature of the door windows and/or the sunroof does not work.
Technical Background
The one-touch feature of one or more windows or the sunroof has lost its adaptation due to conditions such as battery disconnect, etc.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
Perform one-touch feature adaptation for the windows:
1. Pull and hold the power window switch until the window is completely closed.
2. Release the switch.
3. Pull the switch again for one second. The one touch feature and convenience close/open feature are now reactivated.
For vehicles with a sunroof, it may be necessary to perform the following sunroof adaptation:
Warning:
During this adaptation, the pinch protection is not active. Pinch protection is restored after the adaptation procedure is completed.
1. Turn the sunroof knob to open the sunroof.

2. Turn the sunroof knob to close the sunroof again.
3. Within 5 seconds of closing the sunroof, pull the sunroof switch knob and hold in this position until the sunroof tilts open and then completely
closes again. This may take up to 15 seconds, but on newer motors the adaptation starts immediately.
