Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 26 number 12 - 11 dated July 24, 2012 for reasons listed below.
Affected Vehicles
 Audi Q7 Quattro 21
Condition
^ MIL on, DTC(s) P2452, P2453, P2454, P2456, P2002 stored in ECM fault memory.
Technical Background
Internal sealing of differential pressure sensors (G505) manufactured within a certain timeframe may be inadequate. Moisture ingress causes
electronic failure of differential pressure sensor.
Production Solution
Improved internal sealing of differential pressure sensor beginning model year 2012.
Service
If faults P2452, P2453, P2454, P2456, and/or P2002 are stored in the ECM fault memory, replace the differential pressure sensor (G505).
See Repair Manual Group 23 in ElsaWeb.
Note:
Unless sensor replacement fails to resolve customer concern, there is no need to call the Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
